 Here's a post directly from the Town's website: 2025 Municipal Elections Are you passionate about The Town of New-Wes-Valleys [ sic ] future? Running for Town Council is your opportunity to help represent your neighbours and shape the direction of the community you live in! Nomination Day: Thursday, September 4th, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, Wesleyville What’s Required: Town Nominators Completed Nomination form $10 nomination fee (non-refundable) So- who wants to sit around the semicircle that is the council chambers this fall?  It's a big job to take on, full of possibilities of good and bad for four years.  As we have seen from our current council, it can get pretty challenging sometimes, so if you're worried about people gossiping about you or you don't think it's worth the reading and knowledge required, don't accept a nomination.  Dealing with the general public can be very hard to do, and we all have to take care of our own ment...

  Here's a reminder for all of you to mark October 2nd in your calendars to get out and vote for your favourite candidates running for office in New-Wes-Valley!
